• Shipping is based upon total purchase price and includes a handling fee.
• We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
• Shipping and handling rates provided are for domestic (USA) delivery.
• Most items are shipped the same or next business day. However, Carhartt brand items typically ship in 2 - 6 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

• Customized apparel is not eligible for return.
• All sales of headwear are final and are not eligible for return.
• All sales are final on Carhartt items and therefore not eligible for return.
• All sales are final on Ping items (due to discontinuation) and therefore not eligible for return.
• Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase to us for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with all garment tags.
• For returns, we will credit you back for the cost of the items purchased less shipping charges.
• Returns, not due to our error, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee charged at our discretion.
• Items may be exchanged. Actual shipping charges or a minimum of $7 will be charged to your credit card for shipping the exchanged merchandise back to you. Exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase of your order.

• If there is a particular Carhartt item, style, size, or color you are looking for and we do not have it listed, please contact us. We may be able to help you find that item at a great price.
• Please note, that while most products of the same color / dye lot will match, not all dye lots are identical and may vary from product to product. Therefore, differences in dye lots is not a valid reason for return.

Embroidery and Screen Printing

• 24 piece minimum for embroidered items.
• 144 piece minimum for screen printed items.
